Class Descriptions:

Beginner*
For both new and continuing students who have a
desire to refine their asana practice and build flexibility. The
teacher will modify the postures using props to accomodate all
student's needs. 90 minutes.

Vinyasa Flow*
Yoga asanas strung together into a flow of movement regulated through the breath. Open to
all students. 90 minutes.

Ashtanga*
Yoga
asanas strung together into a flow of movement synchronized with the
breath, producing intense internal heat and purifying sweat that
detoxifies muscles and organs. Open to all students, but recommended
for students with a minimum of 1 year of regular yoga practice. 90
minutes.
