Welcome to
Atman Yoga Studio!
I will lead a yoga workshop on Sunday, Nov. 22 from 3pm to 6pm. We will be doing shoulder openings, backbends, forward bends and twists. I will adjust you according to your body's needs, so that means that some of you will be in a slightly different position.
The cost is $30. All levels are welcome and hope to see you there.

My name is Enrique Fulchi. Please join me in a yoga practice at Atman Yoga Studio where I offer a blend of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and hatha flow, as well as guided meditation and a variety of props to help you open up and deepen your practice. The studio is located at 34 Elton St., 3rd Floor, off University Ave. in Rochester, NY (just behind the George Eastman House.)
